Josh was the epitome of a supportive colleague - consistently working to make improvements, build strong relationships and bring people together. Drawing on his background in recruitment, Josh possessed a natural gift for connecting with different stakeholders across our business. He was someone who always chose to be positive, met challenges with an easy-going attitude and brought a genuine, infectious happiness to work every single day. Outside work Josh's absolute passion was sport. Whether captaining his local football team, the Clydach Wasps, supporting Manchester United or enjoying a round of golf, sports were a constant thread in his life and a favourite topic during team catch-ups. He was a natural athlete – including winning every single game of darts at a work social. In his role Josh was primarily responsible for calculating, validating and processing commission and bonus payments for our Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams. Every single quarter, 110 of our colleagues relied entirely on Josh’s precision, dedication and timeliness to ensure they were paid accurately and on time. He showed up for his colleagues every single day and that contribution will not be forgotten. Josh was 27 years young and a cherished son, brother, partner, friend, and colleague. He will be forever missed.

I didn't have the chance to know Josh personally, but his spirit was clear from how he was spoken of by everyone around him — his warmth, his reliability, and the quiet way he made sure his colleagues were taken care of, quarter after quarter. From when I first joined the team you went out of your way to make sure I was welcomed and supported. I'll miss most when we would be talking about the football on the calls and especially when we knew not to talk about the football.
